These terms apply to communications between West Boulder Capital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the people we correspond with, including our text messaging program. By exchanging messages with us, you agree to these terms.

Our messaging program is used for one-to-one business communication with our employees and with the brokers, advisors, and business contacts we work with. Messages include replies to questions you send us, coordination of calls and meetings, follow-ups on transaction or diligence items, and occasional operational notices.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

You opt in by giving your mobile number to a member of our team during a call or meeting and agreeing to receive text messages at that number, or by texting our office line first, which begins a conversation with us. We do not purchase, rent, or import contact lists, and we do not message anyone who has not contacted us or given us their number.

Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. Messages are sent on a low-volume, as-needed basis rather than on a recurring schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, and you are responsible for them. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive a single confirmation, after which we will send no further messages to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or reach us at nate@westbouldercapital.com or (737) 271-7914.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Mobile numbers and message content are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Information shared through our communications is for business correspondence only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, and it is not investment, legal, or tax advice.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continued correspondence with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
